Hi there! I’m Richard, the founder and creator of Amato’s Maraschino Elixir.

What started as a passion project turned into a mission: to create a

handcrafted, all-natural maraschino syrup that elevates cocktails, desserts,

and everything in between. I’ve always believed the little details make the

biggest difference—and for me, that meant reimagining what a cherry elixir

could be. No artificial dyes, no shortcuts—just bold, balanced flavor made

with real ingredients and real care. I love what I do because I get to bring

people joy through flavor. Whether it’s a bartender perfecting their

signature drink or a home cook adding something special to a dessert,
