Modern Manhattan

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 3⁄4 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1⁄2 oz Amato's Maraschino Elixir
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Garnish: Cherry or orange twist

Instructions: Stir ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe

glass. Garnish.

Cherry Grove Gin Sour

Ingredients:

• 2 oz London Dry Gin
• 3⁄4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1⁄2 oz Amato's Maraschino Elixir
• 1⁄4 oz Simple Syrup
• Garnish: Lemon wheel or cherry

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over

fresh ice into a rocks glass.

Amato's Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1⁄4 oz Amato's Maraschino Elixir
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• Garnish: Cherry and orange peel

Instructions: Build in a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

Stir gently.
